Problems Logging on to Casemaker?

Please try any of these options if you are having trouble getting in to Casemaker

If you're using Internet Explorer (IE):

1. Delete all History

  • Tools
  • Internet Options
  • General (it will probably default to the General tab)
  • Delete Browsing History - include Temporary Internet Files, Cookies, and Browsing History
  • Press Delete
  • Note that if you've never cleared these out, it might take a few minutes to complete.

**If you are having problems using a browser other than Internet Explorer (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari) to access Casemaker, you can delete your browsing history and cached internet files from the settings menus in whatever browser you are using.*** 

Add to Trusted Sites

  • Tools
  • Internet Options
  • Security
  • Trusted Sites
  • Sites
  • Box will say “Add this website to the zone”
  • Underneath the box, type in
  • Add
  • OK

Enable Cookies

  • Tools
  • Internet Options
  • Privacy
  • Move the slider on the left, it cannot say
    • Block all cookies or be on the High setting
    • You may want to try “Medium” setting

Close out all Internet Explorer windows

 In addition to the obvious Internet windows that are open, you also must close

  • I-Tunes
  • Adobe
  • Any Internet radio site
  • Any site that has streaming video or audio (Because all these apps are tied into the Internet.

2. Then, open a new browser window and go back to the CBA homepage and try to log on again. If, when you go to, it shows you as still being logged on, please refresh the page so that you are logged off.  The goal is to re-enter your username/password so that the correct information is there to log you into Casemaker. Once you are re-logged on to the CBA website, click on the Casemaker links to go back to Casemaker.
