Bills & Ballots: Health Law Twists and Turns of the 2016 Political Season
Katherine Mulready will provide a comprehensive update of key issues addressed by the Colorado General Assembly during their 2016 legislative session, with a particular focus on matters impacting the health care industry and involving legal issues in health care. In addition to the state constitutional issues brought to the fore by the debate over the Hospital Provider Fee Enterprise, legislation involving EMTALA, rights for individuals experiencing a mental health emergency, and the legal implications of Amendment 69 – ColoradoCare – will be addressed.
Katherine Mulready is the Chief Strategy Officer & Vice President for Legislative Policy for the Colorado Hospital Association, where she is responsible for overseeing CHA's public policy priorities and ensuring CHA’s 100 member hospitals are well-represented in policy debates at the state and national level.
The cost for CBA Health Section members is $15.00 for a box lunch and $10.00 without lunch. The cost for non-Health Law members is $20.00 for a box lunch and $15.00 without lunch.
